Thank you for shopping with Janji Lawa, under Profusion Vision Sdn. Bhd. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive the item, provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The original tag is still attached.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
Note: Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective.
2. Exchange (Size / Item)
Exchanges are allowed for:
Wrong size
Wrong item received
Factory defect / damaged upon arrival
If the requested size or item is out of stock, you may choose another item or receive store credit.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
The received item is severely defective, OR
The item received is incorrect and no replacement stock is available
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping fee is borne by the customer, unless the mistake came from our side (wrong item / defect).

1. Shipping
We deliver throughout Malaysia via trusted couriers such as Ninja Van / J&T / DHL.
Estimated delivery time:
Peninsular Malaysia: 1–4 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days
Tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is processed.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location & product weight.
Free shipping may apply for purchases above a certain amount (optional).
3. Delivery Issues
Please contact us if:
You do not receive your parcel within 7 business days
The tracking number is inactive
The parcel arrives damaged
We will assist in filing a report with the courier.
